Service Description
HOW THIS WORKS: — After booking, you will receive instructions to send your plans before the session. — During the session, we review your layout together and identify functional issues, risks and improvements. — You will receive clear verbal recommendations during the call. — This is a live consultation only — no drawings or documents are provided. BEFORE THE SESSION: — Plans must be sent in advance. — If plans are not provided, the session time still applies.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. This is an online consultation. The session is conducted via Zoom, FaceTime or WhatsApp. Call details will be sent after booking. This consultation is a guidance session only. No drawings or design documentation are provided.
